Most of what goes wrong in a remodel is hidden behind the finish: bad substrate prep, rushed waterproofing, grout that cracks in a year. We do that part properly, so the part you see stays beautiful and the part you don't stays sound.

What started as a remodel turned into a full restoration. We found toxic mold the homeowners never knew was there, remediated it, and rebuilt the spaces around it.

This project began as a full kitchen remodel and grew into a whole-home job. We replaced all 1,200 square feet of flooring on the lower level, ran new trim throughout, and remodeled four bathrooms.
Along the way we found what most crews would have covered back up. Black mold in one bathroom, mold behind the master bedroom wall that meant replacing windows and siding, and toxic mold hidden behind suspicious baseboards in the kids' bathroom that called for a full tear-out. We remediated each area, fogged the entire house to treat it, and restored every space properly.
